Eurocromo's processing is aimed at the pneumatic, hydraulic, industrial automation markets and manufacturers of components that comply with specific environmental regulations.
Subject to availability from stock, the minimum order quantity is 500 kg.
The tubes and bars are available in commercial lengths of 5/7 m.
GROUND AND CHROMED BARS
Processing of normalized carbon steel bars in classes C 45 - 20MnV6 - 42CRMo4.
Bar processing in:
BCC - UNI EN ISO 683 - C 45 similar to DIN Ck 45 - SAE 1045 - Normalized carbon steel, available only on request also hardened
B6C - 20MnV6 - Microalloyed vanadium steel with higher yield strength and improved weldability and impact resistance characteristics
BDC - UNI EN ISO 683 - 42CrMo4 similar to SAE 4140 - Medium-alloy steel, hardened and tempered, used for stressed mechanical parts, also available tempered on request

Pipe supply treatment: standardized ( + N ) and/or relaxed ( + SR ) - E355 + SR/N
T6C - Microalloyed Steel, used for stressed mechanical parts, supplied only on request
Pipe supply treatment: E 410 + SR as seamless pipes according to EN 10305/1

BAC - AISI 431 Bon ( 1.4057 ) - Martensitic Stainless Steel, hardenable, offers resistance to corrosion and fatigue superior to that of steels containing only chromium
BAC - AISI 303 ( 1.4305 ) - Austenitic Stainless Steel Normally Solution Heat Treated
Excellent toughness at low temperatures and good corrosion resistance in the absence of chlorides and reducing acidsBAC - AISI 304 ( 1.4301 ) - Austenitic Stainless Steel, non-hardenable, hardenable by cold deformation, with improved machinability -
BAC - AISI 316 ( 1.4404 ) - Austenitic Stainless Steel used at high temperatures with good corrosion resistance towards various acids, salts, salt water and chemical reagents
BAC - AISI 329 ( 1.4460 ) - AISI 329/A ( 1.4462 ) on request - Duplex Stainless Steel with main characteristics of these steels are excellent resistance to corrosion under stress and a high yield strength.

Raw material control
The key point of our production is the purchase of the highest quality European raw materials from certified and time-tested suppliers.
This allows us to carry out our grinding and then chrome plating processes, certain of being able to offer our customers the best technical/physical and surface characteristics of the materials that we can find on the market.
Finishing and polishing
All the material after the chrome plating process is polished bar by bar or tube by tube in order to provide surface chromed material with hard chrome plating Rating 9 and obtain the tolerance and roughness that our customers require.
Preparation rectification
La prima operazione che viene fatta sul materiale in lavorazione è il controllo dimensionale e superficiale del materiale nel reparto rettifica.

Control and testing
The control and testing of the finished or only rectified chromed material is carried out with the aid of the best manual and laser control technology available on the market.
Galvanic chrome plating
The company's focus is the galvanic chrome plating of bars and tubes with chromium coatings from 15 My to 20 My as minimum production standards and, upon request, specific coatings based on customer requests.
Traditional galvanic process in a tank optimised with cutting-edge equipment with continuous research into the best operation of our equipment.
Packaging and shipping
The best quality we offer is also guaranteed by the packaging process of the single bar or tube before shipping/collection of the finished material.
