Imballo: Tutte le barre e tubi vengono protetti singolarmente con estrusione plastica o in alternativa, su richiesta, con imballo singolo in tubo di cartone.

Check the structure and size of the material

The purchase of the material is carried out and signed to the suppliers through the dedicated Market Regulations for the materials we work. The first structural and dimensional check of the material, during the rectification phase, allows us to confirm what is required by the Industry Regulations.

Measurement of the thickness of the chrome coating

The final chrome plating is the main element of our work. Each bar or tube, before packaging, is carefully measured and checked to optimize the request for chrome plating, shape and surface ordered by the end customer and our reference market.

Diameter measurement

All the bars and tubes are measured and checked at the start of the work, they are then worked and checked also during the whole production process using the best technological equipment available.

The dimensional and shape control of our production is constantly monitored with the use of laser equipment that allows us to examine all our production.
